Splits effluent flows for effluent recirculation
Zoeller Pump’s Splitter Valve is designed to divide effluent flows by a set ratio for wastewater recirculation. Wastewater treatment systems use recirculation as a means to achieve greater treatment efficiencies. 80% recirculation is a common rate, but the ability to customize and easily adjust is often desirable. By simply inserting the appropriate cat’s eye weir, the recirculation rate can be quickly and easily adjusted in the field. The 80/20% cat’s eye weir comes standard. Please consult the factory for recirculation rates between 60% and 90%.
