Model 264 Sewage Pump

Model 264 Sewage Pump

Residential Use Sewage Pumps

Submersible sewage/effluent or dewatering pumps.

Zoeller Pump Company’s Model 264 Sewage Pump is a high-performance product. Featuring cast iron construction for durability, the design includes stainless steel bolts and screws on the guard, handle, arm, and seal. The powder-coated epoxy finish provides impressive corrosion resistance.

This float-operated and fully submersible pump works for sewage, effluent, and dewatering purposes. An innovative vortex impeller uses centrifugal force to push fluid against the pump volute. With this method, the impeller vanes avoid coming into contact with the liquid, which helps prevent clogs. This model offers a discharge size of 2 inches and allows 2-inch spherical solids to pass through effortlessly.

The models we offer can come with a piggyback variable-level float switch. This convenient feature can successfully turn a non-automatic pump into an automatic pump. The switch’s design includes an internal sensor to detect the water level. Once the water reaches a certain threshold, it triggers a switch and activates the pump.

    Consult factory for special applications:

    • Electrical alternators for duplex systems available with variable level float switches.
    • Minimum recommended basin size – simplex: 18” x 30” (45.7 x 76.2 cm), duplex: 30” x 36” (76.2 x 91.4 cm)
    • Standard automatic – 4/10 HP, 34.5 lbs.(15.6 kg)
    • High water alarms available
    • Mechanical alternators available for duplex systems
    • The approximate gallons pumped out per cycle for standard models are:
Tank Diameter Gallons / Liters Pumped
    18” (46 cm) simplex 8 gallons / 36 liters
    24” (60 cm) simplex 15 gallons / 68 liters
    30” (76 cm) duplex 22 gallons / 100 liters
    36” (91 cm) duplex 33 gallons / 150 liters
    48” (122 cm) duplex 60 gallons / 273 liters

    Notes
The sizing of effluent systems normally requires variable level float(s) controls and properly sized basins to achieve required pumping cycles or dosing timers with non-automatic pumps.

    Reserve powered design.

For unusual conditions a reserve safety factor is engineered into the design of every Zoeller pump.

*May be used in those states where codes do not restrict solids size in effluent systems.
