Commercial Grinder Pumps

1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 HP, single-direction grinder pumps uniquely designed with integral control

Shark® Series – 818, 819, 820

Today’s wastewater applications contain varying materials, including disposable wipes and sanitary products. Our Shark® Series collection includes our 818, 819, and 820 models, which we have designed to take care of the most challenging jobs. These single-direction commercial sewage grinders offer the efficiency, power, and reliability to grind and pump even the most durable materials.

Our High-Power Grinder Pumps

Tackle the toughest materials with our Shark® Series sewage grinder pumps. These oil-cooled systems come in both automatic and nonautomatic formats. Our team at Zoeller Pump Company constructs these commercial sewage grinder pumps from finned cast iron, making for heavy-duty and dependable construction.

Their dual-blade, angled design generates more torque, allowing this sewage cutter system to decrease the size of the materials to less than 1/8 inch and let them move through smaller piping systems. The products boast 3,450 rotations per minute (RPM) and have a Max Flow Rate of 45 gallons per minute (GPM), giving you the confidence you need in a pressure system grinder. This system automatically lowers amp spikes during challenging cycles to maintain efficient use.

Our systems also provide:

  • Integral control.
  • 115, 200, and 230 voltage options.
  • Cutter protection against abrasive materials.
  • Three-year warranty.
  • Corrosion resistance.
