  • Engineered thermoplastic base
  • Engineered, glass-filled, plastic impeller with metal insert
  • Stainless steel guard and handle
  • Cast iron sleeve bearings

Model 55

  • Bronze switch case, motor and pump housing
  • Engineered thermoplastic base
  • Engineered, glass-filled, plastic impeller with metal insert
  • Stainless steel guard and handle
  • Bronze sleeve bearings

Model 57 (60 Hz only)

  • Cast iron switch case, housings, base, and impeller
  • Stainless steel guard and handle
  • Cast iron sleeve bearings

Model 59 (60 Hz only)

  • Bronze switch case, housings, base, and impeller
  • Stainless steel guard and handle

Consult Factory for Special Applications:

  • Variable level float switches
  • Variable level long cycle systems
  • Special cord lengths of 15’, 25’ or 35’ (5 m, 8 m or 11 m). 50′ (15 m) cord lengths available for 230 V units only.
  • Alarm systems
  • Duplex systems
  • Variable level control systems.

Notes
The sizing of effluent systems normally requires variable level float(s) controls and properly sized basins to achieve required pumping cycles or dosing timers with non automatic pumps.

Reserve Powered Design.
For unusual conditions a reserve safety factor is engineered into the design of every Zoeller pump.
