Zoller Pump Company’s 260 Series Sewage Pumps are designed to pump waste to sewage systems or septic tanks in residential or light commercial applications. This series is designed to transfer groundwater, raw sewage or effluent with a no-hassle, effortless performance. The benefits of this series include discharge sizes of 2 or 3 inches with the capacity to pass 2-inch solids.

An innovative vortex impeller pushes fluid against a pump volute using centrifugal force. The impeller vanes and fluid never make contact as the system operates, helping the design stay clear and clog-free. The float-operated, completely submersible pumps have watertight and dust-tight seals to maintain ideal conditions.

This sump pump comes with a protective finish of powder-coated epoxy for corrosion resistance. Other durable features of this sump pump include an assembly with stainless steel fasteners and cast iron construction for the switch cap, motor, and pump housing. Our accessory options include variable-level control switches that allow you to monitor fluid levels with ease.

  • Float-operated, submersible (NEMA 6), 2-pole switch
  • Durable, cast iron construction – switch cap, motor and pump housing
  • Engineered plastic base
  • Stainless steel screws, bolts, handle, guard, arm and seal assembly
  • Corrosion-resistant, powder coated epoxy finish
  • Hermetically-sealed, automatic reset thermal overload protection
  • Upper and lower sleeve bearings running in bath of oil
  • Carbon and ceramic shaft seal
  • Passes 2” (50 mm) spherical solids
  • 2” NPT discharge
  • On point: 12-1/2” (31.8 cm)
  • Off point: 4-1/2” (11.4 cm)
  • Simplex and duplex systems available
  • Automatic and non-automatic models available
  • Non-automatic for variable level systems
  • Models available packaged with piggyback variable level float switch
  • 3 year limited warranty

Consult factory for special applications:

  • Electrical alternators for duplex systems available with variable level float switches.
  • Minimum recommended basin size – simplex: 18” x 30” (45.7 x 76.2 cm), duplex: 30” x 36” (76.2 x 91.4 cm)
  • Standard automatic – 4/10 HP, 34.5 lbs.(15.6 kg)
  • High water alarms available
  • Mechanical alternators available for duplex systems
  • The approximate gallons pumped out per cycle for standard models are:
Tank Diameter Gallons / Liters Pumped
18” (46 cm) simplex 8 gallons / 36 liters
24” (60 cm) simplex 15 gallons / 68 liters
30” (76 cm) duplex 22 gallons / 100 liters
36” (91 cm) duplex 33 gallons / 150 liters
48” (122 cm) duplex 60 gallons / 273 liters

Notes
The sizing of effluent systems normally requires variable level float(s) controls and properly sized basins to achieve required pumping cycles or dosing timers with non-automatic pumps.

Reserve powered design.

For unusual conditions a reserve safety factor is engineered into the design of every Zoeller pump.

*May be used in those states where codes do not restrict solids size in effluent systems.
