Effluent Pumps
Effluent or dewatering submersible pump for septic tank, low pressure pipe (LPP) and enhanced flow STEP systems.
Sump pumps can help prevent flooding from drain water and natural water migration. Zoeller Pump Company’s 150 Series Effluent Pumps include a dose-mate high-head construction with a submersible design for residential or commercial dewatering applications. They can be used to effortlessly transfer groundwater and have a discharge of 1 ½ inches. Model 151 can pass solids of ½ inch in diameter, while models 152 and 153 can handle ¾-inch spherical solids.
For strength and durability, the sump pump includes a corrosion-resistant, powder-coated epoxy finish, cast iron construction, and stainless steel lifting handle and bolts. With an engineered Thermoplastic Vortex Impeller design, the system uses centrifugal force to push fluids against the pump volute. The impeller vanes avoid coming into contact with the fluid being pumped.
The standard BN and BE models include a variable-level float switch to alert you to rising water levels. We also offer a variable level control switch accessory for use with control panels and alarms to monitor your liquid-level conditions.
