Product Support Specialist
The successful candidate will provide first contact with internal/external customers for day-to-day product support duties through telephone, email, fax and USPS. Provide technical assistance on products sold through Zoeller Pump Company. Interact collectively with Sales, Manufacturing, wholesale representatives, specifying engineers, contractors, and end users of these products.
AS/BS Degree preferred but work experience/military will be considered if training is pertinent to job responsibilities. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business environment, military or extensive hands-on technical background. Ability to relate to technical (mechanical and electrical) nature of the products Zoeller Pump manufactures and or distributes along with their applications. Self-starter, with pleasant phone demeanor and the ability to handle all conversations in a clear, concise and professional manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
