Basic Job Requirements and/or Job Experience:

College degree preferred. Work experience or military service will be considered if training is pertinent to job responsibilities.

3-4 years’ experience in a business environment, military service, or extensive hands on technical background. Must possess an ability to relate to the technical nature, both mechanical and electrical, of the products we manufacturer and sell and the variety of applications these products are used in.

Must have a pleasant phone demeanor with an ability, under stress, to handle all conversations in a clear, concise and professional manner.

Overall Responsibilities:

Increase our presence in the municipal waste water market by promoting the engineered products line and driving specifications written around our products. Provide engineering and technical assistance on products sold through Zoeller Engineered Products to specifying engineers, municipalities, representatives, contractors, and end users.

Able to respond to functional and technical elements of all products within brand scope.

Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.

Able to travel throughout defined sales territory as required.

Ability to read and understand Blue Print and CAD drawings.


Comfortable in the technical organization with an expanding customer base.

Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.

Must possess a high level of expertise regarding, pump and lift station sizing, job quotations, start-up assistance, trouble shooting, and problem solving.

Organizational and analytical skills required, with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Must be self-motivated with a proven track record in technical sales, having knowledge of technology, and the ability to maintain technical competence with customers.

3-5+ years relevant experience in B2B sales.

You are directly responsible for cooperating with all other company personnel and to assist them, whenever possible to help them to succeed, as well as to insure the company's success and perform other duties as directed.


Basic Job Requirements and/or Job Experience:

Job responsibilities include development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of business software and reports across a multi-division corporation

Overall Responsibilities:

Work with Information Systems team to develop custom business solutions primarily utilizing VB.Net, MS SQL Server and SSRS in conjunction with InforSyteline ERP.

Learn and build software solutions to address business needs in all aspects of a manufacturing corporation.

Develop highly optimized T-SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, and Functions.

Analyze data and develop useful reports for the business.

Assist in pilot and production deployments of ERP software.

Create technical documentation as necessary.

Perform other Information Systems duties as required.

Essential Skills:

Development of MSSQL Server (2000 or Newer) T-SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Functions and Constraints.

Report development with SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports.

Experience with VB.Net and/or C#.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Highly motivated to learn and work in a team environment.

Ability to learn and adapt to new development environments and languages as needed.
