College degree preferred but work experience or military service will be considered if training is pertinent to job responsibilities. Four (4) years’ experience in a business environment, military service, or extensive hands-on technical background.

Must possess an ability to comprehensively understand the physical, mechanical, and electrical characteristics of the products Zoeller Company sells as well as the variety of applications in which these products are used. Must be capable of deciphering project plans and specifications and be adept at identifying opportunities to implement Zoeller Company products. Familiarity with the Zoeller Company product line is essential.

Persons in this position will provide quotation assistance and custom product support to all of Zoeller’s customers. These employees will work to secure new projects and track performance in an ongoing effort to improve internal processes.


Overall Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of business software and reports across a multi-division corporation.

  • Work with Information Systems team to develop custom business solutions primarily utilizing VB.Net, MS SQL Server and SSRS in conjunction with InforSyteline ERP..
  • Learn and build software solutions to address business needs in all aspects of a manufacturing corporation.
  • Develop highly optimized T-SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, and Functions.
  • Analyze data and develop useful reports for the business.
  • Assist in pilot and production deployments of ERP software.
  • Create technical documentation as necessary.
  • Perform other Information Systems duties as required.
Essential Skills:
  • Development of MSSQL Server (2000 or Newer) T-SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Functions and Constraints.
  • Report development with SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports.
  • Experience with VB.Net and/or C#.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Highly motivated to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new development environments and languages as needed.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems from accredited college AND two years' experience as a software developer utiliting MSSQL and SQL Server Reporting and/or Crystal Reports OR Equivalent training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to excel in the duties required for this position.

Job Description:

The primary role of this job is end-user technical support, including hardware installations, software installations, troubleshooting, technical documentation, asset management, and account management. Additionally, the Systems Support Technician will also assist in the maintenance of the corporation’s network and server systems.

Basic Job Requirements (Education and / or job Experience):

  • Associates degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited college, AND two years’ experience actively supporting Microsoft based networks, operating systems, and applications, OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Ability to manage file and print sharing in a Windows networked environment, including security permissions.
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP.

General Job / Function Responsibility

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer devices, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, and other associated devices for local and remote users.
  • Install and configure a wide variety of software, including Microsoft Office Suites, CAD software, 3D modeling software, graphics arts software, specialized software developed in-house, and other off the shelf software
  • Provide first-tier help desk support for all corporate users regarding issues related to hardware, operating systems, application software, printers, networking, and telephony. Maintain, organize, prioritize, and manage ongoing issues and steps towards resolution utilizing formalized Help Desk software.
  • Assist in the management of corporate network, including management of Microsoft Windows servers, networking equipment, and security appliances.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate information systems related policies.
  • Other Information System duties as required.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Windows server 2003-2012.
  • Experience with one or more of the following Microsoft products:
    Exchange Server
    Basic SQL Server administration
    Terminal Services
    Hyper-V virtualization
  • Experience with telephony, including VOIP.
  • Experience with enterprise level Anti-Virus and Malware suites.
  • Ability to speak and write in Chinese Traditional language.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all production equipment plant wide to prevent and/or correct any electrical or mechanical issues. Perform preventive maintenance PM’s and inspections on all production equipment, building, and facility equipment. Analyze equipment failures, recommend and implement corrective action. Installs, maintains, and repairs equipment, physical structures of building, plumbing, and electrical systems. Must be able to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics and have a strong electrical background and experience with three phase 480 delta/wye voltages and single phase AC voltages 240/208/120, and 24 volt DC circuits. Experience welding and fabricating skills is a plus. Pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience. Must have experience with troubleshooting and minor programming on Allen - Bradley PLC‘s, PLC circuits. Mazak and Okuma CNC troubleshooting and repair is a plus.


High school diploma or GED required. Preferred two year technical degree or Journeyman Maintenance Certificate.

Experience required:

Minimum 7 years maintenance experience with a strong electrical back ground.

Salary Range; start at $20.35, top pay after three years is $20.75
