GENERAL ACCOUNTING

Basic Job Requirements (Education and/or Job Experience):

Some college preferred. Some experience in payables or general accounting.

Summary of Responsibilities

To properly control and process all payable documents and checks in accordance with existing policies and procedures. To provide analysis as required by Accounting management.


BUYER

Basic Job Requirements (Education and/or Job Experience):

Perform and manage the procurement of both direct and indirect material for the support of a manufacturing plant via an ERP system.

Summary of Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Purchasing production materials, operating supplies, manufacturing equipment and services. Select, manage, rate and develop suppliers with performance issues. Prepare Purchase Orders and initiate projects contributing to continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Specific Job Duties

  • Enter, confirm and maintain purchase orders
  • Negotiate and analyze pricing
  • Work with suppliers to ensure cost, delivery and quality
  • Source new and alternate vendors both domestically and internationally
  • Maintain effective business relationships with new and active vendors
  • Coordinate quality issues and credits through to completion
  • Interact collectively with Customer Support, Sales, Manufacturing, Accounting and Quality Departments

Summary of Responsibilities

Preferences and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of Procurement in a manufacturing environment is required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly and concisely is required
  • Self-starter, with strong negotiation and follow-up skills is required
  • Management or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferred



SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Overall Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of business software and reports across a multi-division corporation.

  • Work with Information Systems team to develop custom business solutions primarily utilizing VB.Net, MS SQL Server and SSRS in conjunction with InforSyteline ERP..
  • Learn and build software solutions to address business needs in all aspects of a manufacturing corporation.
  • Develop highly optimized T-SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, and Functions.
  • Analyze data and develop useful reports for the business.
  • Assist in pilot and production deployments of ERP software.
  • Create technical documentation as necessary.
  • Perform other Information Systems duties as required.
Essential Skills:
  • Development of MSSQL Server (2000 or Newer) T-SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Functions and Constraints.
  • Report development with SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports.
  • Experience with VB.Net and/or C#.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Highly motivated to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new development environments and languages as needed.
Desired Skills:
  • Information Systems experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP software.
  • DBA Skills.
  • General PC Hardware and Software support.
  • Source Control Software (Subversion).
  • DevOps/Automation across Pilot/Production & Multiple Sites.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems from accredited college AND two years' experience as a software developer utiliting MSSQL and SQL Server Reporting and/or Crystal Reports OR Equivalent training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to excel in the duties required for this position.

FLINT & WALLING CURRENTLY HAS THE FOLLOWING POSITION OPEN AT THIS TIME:

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all production equipment plant wide to prevent and/or correct any electrical or mechanical issues. Perform preventive maintenance PM’s and inspections on all production equipment, building, and facility equipment. Analyze equipment failures, recommend and implement corrective action. Installs, maintains, and repairs equipment, physical structures of building, plumbing, and electrical systems. Must be able to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics and have a strong electrical background and experience with three phase 480 delta/wye voltages and single phase AC voltages 240/208/120, and 24 volt DC circuits. Experience welding and fabricating skills is a plus. Pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience. Must have experience with troubleshooting and minor programming on Allen - Bradley PLC‘s, PLC circuits. Mazak and Okuma CNC troubleshooting and repair is a plus.

Education/Training:

High school diploma or GED required. Preferred two year technical degree or Journeyman Maintenance Certificate.

Experience required:

Minimum 7 years maintenance experience with a strong electrical back ground.

Salary Range; start at $20.35, top pay after three years is $20.75

Open positions: 1st shift and 3rd shift
