PRODUCT LINE MANAGER

Basic Job Requirements (Education and/or Job Experience):

Bachelor of Science Degree required preferably in Business/Marketing, MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 to 10 years sales and/or technical service experience, preferably in the plumbing industry. Willing to travel, working with field personnel, customers, attending trade shows and various networking events. Good organization and communication skills. Must possess a good understanding of technical/mechanical applications and concepts along with the ability to effectively communicate them.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Must have product knowledge and understanding to support quick adaptation of existing product capabilities and engineering competencies for application of a field request or problem resolution.
  • Maintain and update the ZPC business plan as a direct result of changing technology, market and product needs.
  • Promote and ensure the budget/forecast submitted to the General Manager/CEO for future growth is realized.
  • Maintain and promote the product codes assigned and each product code reflects the actual product(s) identified.
  • Develop product launch strategies for each product launch in product code responsibility.
  • Monitor and pursue profitability of the product codes assigned to meet corporate and/or divisional expectations.

FLINT & WALLING CURRENTLY HAS THE FOLLOWING POSITION OPEN AT THIS TIME:

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all production equipment plant wide to prevent and/or correct any electrical or mechanical issues. Perform preventive maintenance PM’s and inspections on all production equipment, building, and facility equipment. Analyze equipment failures, recommend and implement corrective action. Installs, maintains, and repairs equipment, physical structures of building, plumbing, and electrical systems. Must be able to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics and have a strong electrical background and experience with three phase 480 delta/wye voltages and single phase AC voltages 240/208/120, and 24 volt DC circuits. Experience welding and fabricating skills is a plus. Pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience. Must have experience with troubleshooting and minor programming on Allen - Bradley PLC‘s, PLC circuits. Mazak and Okuma CNC troubleshooting and repair is a plus.

Education/Training:

High school diploma or GED required. Preferred two year technical degree or Journeyman Maintenance Certificate.

Experience required:

Minimum 7 years maintenance experience with a strong electrical back ground.

Salary Range; start at $20.35, top pay after three years is $20.75

Open positions: 1st shift and 3rd shift
